Last Saturday (November 1, 2008) I completed the final hour of instrument training for my Private
Pilot license. Today (November 2, 2008) my flight instructor endorsed my existing recreational permit
to include the additional privilege of Private Pilot. A few links worth watching Snoopy 1 and Snoopy 2.

Today (October 20, 2008) I passed my Canadian Private Pilot flight test. This is an upgrade to the recreational pilot permit
test I passed on November 4, 2007. Below is a picture of me with my instructor Juliette Marczuk (left) and the Transport
Canada examiner Martine Dumas (right). What an incredible sense of accomplishment to have this behind me.

This past week (October 14, 2008) I took care of a friend's Sheltie kennel and after it rained I found these two looking to come inside.

While visiting friends that own a Sheltie kennel last weekend (March 30, 2008) I made the mistake of opening the cookie jar.

This morning (November 4, 2007) I passed my long awaited flight test. Below is a picture of
me with my instructor Juliette Marczuk (center) and the Transport Canada examiner Martine
Dumas (right). A special thanks to Juliette and the crew at the Carp Flying Academy.

Tonight (19:45:00 - June 26, 2007) I performed my first solo flight
at the flight school. Below is a picture of the plane I was flying.
